We’re hiring Back of the House Team Members who enjoy hands-on kitchen work and being part of a fast-paced morning crew.
Position Summary
As a Back of the House Team Member, you’ll support our kitchen operations by preparing menu items, maintaining food quality, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy morning hours. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-moving team, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare breakfast/lunch menu items following brand and recipe standards.
- Support biscuit production, food assembly, and kitchen prep.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during morning/lunch rushes.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and ready for service.
- Work collaboratively with Front of the House and restaurant teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, team-oriented, and quality-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Morning/lunch availability required.
- Kitchen, prep, or QSR experience preferred—but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow.

- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.

- Ascend or descend stairs.
- Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time.
- Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant.
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food.
- Ability to multitask.
