About This Role
Playing a key role in the development of the company's SaaS platform, the Back-End Developer will actively contribute to its technical evolution and concrete impact on users. This position suits a developer who is experienced in back-end development, ideally in a SaaS environment, and passionate about software development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough technical analyses of proposed functionalities, adhering to planning deadlines
- Break down large functionalities into manageable and technically feasible sub-tasks, ensuring clear understanding by the back-end team (PHP, GraphQL) for efficient execution
- Participate in needs analysis, define and implement high-performance back-end functionalities for the SaaS platform
- Optimize performance and scalability of the infrastructure, while anticipating future growth
- Ensure fluid and efficient integration with the front-end team
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of the platform's architecture to ensure its robustness and maintainability
- Correct bugs, refactor code, and propose improvements to optimize back-end quality
- Design secure APIs and maintain high-performance databases
- Write and update technical documentation, ensuring good consistency within the team
- Identify and integrate new technologies and practices to constantly improve performance and security
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science
- 2 to 5 years of experience in back-end development, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in MySQL, PHP, GraphQL, Docker, GCP, GitHub
- Passion for software development and openness to learning new technologies
- Comfortable with the use of AI in daily development (experience using AI tools for coding, problem-solving, or efficiency is a plus)
- Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively and efficiently
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Proficiency in quickly installing and configuring development environments is a plus
