Role Summary
Mphasis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking to drive requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and delivery of banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, FSD, User Stories).
- Perform requirement elicitation, gap analysis, impact analysis, and process modelling.
- Work with business, technology, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Support Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
- Create process flows, use cases, and functional documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and support solution design.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Securities, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle.
- Understanding of financial products: Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, Options, Swaps.
- Knowledge of risk concepts and Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta) is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with BRD/FRD/FSD, User Stories, UAT, Agile/Scrum.
- Good SQL knowledge and experience with BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
Preferred
- Experience in BFSI/Investment Banking projects.
- Certifications like CFA, FRM, CQF, CBAP, or Agile certifications are a plus.
