Job Description As a B2C Outbound Sales Specialist, you will drive global educational access by owning the end-to-end sales cycle for prospective learners. Spending 80% of your day on calls, you will consult with students primarily in the US market, overcome objections, and guide them toward programs that transform their careers.

What You Will Do

• Manage the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, qualification, and closing enrollments via consultative phone-based conversations.
• Maintain a high-volume call cadence of at least 80% daily activity to convert high-priority leads and exceed enrollment targets.
• Review sales interactions and perform call marking during downtime to uphold and improve quality standards across the global sales team.

The ideal candidate

• 4+ years of end-to-end outbound telesales experience with a proven track record of owning the full cycle from prospecting to closing.
• At least 2 years of sales experience specifically within the Education or EdTech sectors, ideally selling B2C to the US market.
• Exceptional English communication skills and the discipline to work remotely during US business hours from a home base in the Philippines.
