About This Role
This role is for a B2B Technical LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Growth Specialist focused on enterprise AI and LLMOps. The specialist will create engaging technical content for LinkedIn and develop strategies to convert reach into booked leads. It suits a candidate with deep technical comprehension and exceptional B2B writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Translate raw architectural notes, code insights, and whiteboard sketches into 34 highly engaging, structured LinkedIn posts per week focusing on enterprise AI (LLMOps, LangGraph multi-agent workflows, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, and local inference)
- Create clean, professional architecture diagrams or carousels (using Figma, Canva, or Eraser) to accompany technical breakdowns
- Seamlessly weave Topmate consultation tiers into technical posts to drive high-intent CTOs, founders, and senior engineers to book 1:1 architecture reviews
- Research local and regional tech meetups (e.g., AWS User Group Hyderabad, T-Hub, developer clubs) and draft targeted cold pitches to event organizers to secure speaking slots
Requirements
- Deep technical comprehension: must understand developer terminology (RAG, vector databases, pipeline parallelism) without stripping out the engineering depth
- Executive copywriting: exceptional B2B writing skills tailored for Engineering Directors and Principal Engineers, with no fluff, excessive emojis, or generic hooks
- B2B Conversion Strategy: proven track record of turning LinkedIn reach into booked inbound leads or monetized funnels
- Portfolio Requirement: must be able to provide 1-2 examples of technical B2B LinkedIn content written for a software engineer, CTO, or AI leader
Benefits
- 100% Remote & Flexible: manage your own hours as long as content calendars and outreach targets are met
- High-Level Exposure: gain direct insight into enterprise-grade Generative AI architectures and global tech networking
- Growth Potential: opportunity for performance-based incentives tied to successful Topmate bookings or secured speaking engagements
