Your Role
- You will introduce Sunshine® Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers.
- Meet first-time and current business customers to build relationships and learn their needs.
- Generate new internal leads.
- Provide support to B2B Account Executive (outside sales).
- Perform product research for unique and special orders.
- Establish sourcing of products from vendors.
- Monitor competition’s pricing, product assortment, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure the store remains competitive.
- Empower and involve the entire store team in the B2B sales process.
About You
- Experience selling in the business-to-business market.
- Comfortable contacting existing customers and qualified leads by phone and in person.
- Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational ability. High attention to detail. Ability to multitask.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
