We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our Security & Taxi Services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound calls, nurturing provided leads, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact with corporate and high-end clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the taxi and security sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and high-value clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients when required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development and lead conversion targets.
- Collaborate with management to support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation.
- Proven experience in cold calling and client engagement.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to confidently interact with decision-makers and high-end clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the transportation, taxi, security, or service-based industries.
- Experience handling B2B or corporate clients.
- Strong networking and prospecting skills.
