Azure Data Engineer

Position: Azure Data Engineer
Experience: 4–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop and maintain data processing and backend applications using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for data and application services.
• Work with development teams to build responsive web interfaces using React, TypeScript and Material UI (MUI).
• Develop efficient and reusable components using React and TypeScript.
• Design, develop and optimize backend services using Python/Django.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot application, API and data-related issues.
• Participate in application development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security and performance of applications and data solutions.

Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in software/data engineering.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Material UI (MUI).
• Strong experience in Python/Django.
• Hands-on experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure data services and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and CI/CD.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
