RUN Operations | Mid-level Engineer, 3–5 years | Reporting to Public Cloud SMD and Cloud Architect Role General Description

RED TIC is seeking an Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to support the operation, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Azure cloud environments. Working under the direction of the Cloud Architect and senior Cloud Engineers, the consultant will participate in day-to-day management of Azure infrastructure and platform services, ensuring operational stability, service continuity, security compliance, and efficient delivery of cloud services to internal stakeholders.

Mission

• Administer and operate Azure infrastructure and platform services.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, and platform resources.
• Execute operational tasks related to provisioning, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical issues within agreed service levels.
• Support the implementation of cloud architecture standards defined by the Cloud Architect.
• Monitor Azure environments and proactively address reliability, availability, and performance issues.
• Contribute to automation initiatives aimed at reducing manual operational effort.
• Assist with capacity management and resource optimization activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, database, and application teams.
