[AVP] Mobility Platform Solution UX

Who we are We are responsible for development, operation, and management of a Shucle platform, a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) solution utilizing smart technology.

We handle all aspects of planning, development, data analysis, service operations, and business development for the community-based demand-responsive transportation service, and we work directly on these tasks to ensure agility and focus on both customers and service enhancement.

Our goal is to create a service that embodies the abstract concept of MaaS, enabling everyone to move freely in their daily lives.

• Shucle (https://www.shucle.com) was introduced in 2020 as South Korea's first urban demand-responsive transportation service utilizing AI technology. Since then, it has become the number one community mobility service platform with the largest user base and operational records.

Responsibilities In this role, you will develop various web tools for mobility service operations and data analysis.

■ Insight & Data Analytics

• Planning and designing data visualization dashboards and automated reporting templates to provide clear operational insights
• Developing features that integrate administrative, public transport, and mobility data for vulnerability and accessibility analysis
• Utilizing AI-based simulation and forecasting to support regional traffic optimization and policy decision-making

■ Map Data Tool

• Designing and managing solutions for virtual stops, road networks, and pedestrian routing essential to platform operations
• Developing and operating map data such as MVT and GIS to enable route optimization

■ Platform Operating System

• Planning and managing core operating functions such as demand–supply matching, scheduling, and vehicle monitoring
• Designing real-time control dashboards and monitoring tools to support efficient service operation
• Defining integrated service flows that connect drivers, passengers, and administrators
• Optimizing the system to support multiple mobility modes including DRT, line-based services, taxi, PM, and autonomous driving

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience planning
• Experience in planning and operating web services
• Experience in designing wireframes and user interfaces with prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD
• Experience collaborating and managing projects using Confluence and markdown-based documentation
• Experience in communications using Slack and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in planning and operating large-scale web services
• Exprience in data analysis and visualization using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau, Power BI, and Superset
