About the role
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and write content for digital formats including apps, websites, emails, and chat interfaces.
- Craft effective UX content that guides customers through critical digital tasks.
- Conduct content research to understand user needs and language, and test content comprehension.
- Apply and evolve the brand voice, tailoring tone based on customer contexts.
- Improve content governance and patterns within the design system for quality and consistency.
- Structure content for reuse and discoverability across platforms using metadata and controlled terminology.
- Design accessible content that works effectively with assistive technologies.
- Monitor and enhance content performance post-launch using relevant metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, Design, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content's impact on user experience and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a preference for clarity and conciseness.
- Evidence-based decision-making skills related to content development and testing.
- Experience with structured and modular content, content management systems, and metadata.
- Proficiency in designing for conversational and AI-assisted experiences.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly while adhering to regulatory constraints.
- Familiarity with design systems and tools such as Figma is advantageous.
