Avis Car Rental located in Northern St. Petersburg needs Reliable, Energetic, Hard-Working, Customer Service and Sales Driven Professionals to work our rental counter.
Position: Counter Rental Sales Agent
Morning Shift 8 to 6 pm. Must be able to work most weekends Sat and Sunday. If you cannot work weekends, we cannot hire you.
Qualifications:
Business Professional, Well-Groomed, Professional Appearance, Energetic, Reliable, No Criminal Record, Valid Driver's License, Positive Attitude, Goal-Oriented, and Charismatic.
This is a sales position, with daily, weekly, and a monthly sales quota you must meet or exceed, No Exceptions!!!
$18 Per Hour up to $500 per month in monthly bonus
Reliability is a Must!!! Sales Experience is a Must not a plus! If you are not sales and goal-oriented, this is not the right position for you.

What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for renting our cars and promoting our products and services at our rental counter. This includes processing contracts, listening to and identifying customer needs, effectively upselling our offerings and services to enhance their travel experience while providing excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Professional, engaging personality
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
- 6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
