Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Responsibilities include providing high-quality home healthcare for pediatric patients with complex needs, such as G-tube, Trach, and Vent management.
Key duties:
- Deliver compassionate nursing care in clients’ homes.
- Document patient progress electronically using provided tablets.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Adhere to safety, health, and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Prior nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
