About the role
We are seeking a Service Center Automotive Technician responsible for performing a variety of automotive services in our Automotive Service Center.
Key Duties Include
- Providing excellent customer service
- Repairing and installing tires, balancing wheels, and installing batteries and basic automotive parts
- Conducting oil changes, brake system repairs, and starting/charging system repairs
- Handling steering, suspension, shock/strut installations, alignments, and trailer hitch wiring
- Completing other duties with ongoing on-the-job training
Qualifications Include
- Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, pass drug and background checks
- Proficiency in English, 18+ years old
- Preferred prior auto repair and retail experience
- For Michigan locations, ASE certifications or equivalent are required for higher tech levels
