Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Operations: Manage daily service department workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Elevate Experience: Maintain flawless customer satisfaction scores matching dealership standards.
- Drive Financials: Optimize department profitability, labor rates, and parts turnover.
- Mentor Talent: Recruit, train, and retain elite service advisors and certified technicians.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold strict factory warranty procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager
- Track Record: Proven history of hitting high profitability goals and CSI/CSE scores.
- Leadership: Strong ability to inspire teams and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
- Skills: Proficient with modern DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
- Education: Degree in business administration or automotive technology preferred.
