Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with service inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of service recommendations.
- Prepare estimates and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual Spanish / English required
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management
- ASE certification or equivalent automotive training preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
