Responsibilities
Handle car purchase operations
Contact customers who have registered on used car appraisal sites to discuss their needs and arrange appointments
Visit customer locations to perform vehicle inspections
Check vehicle registration certificate details
Confirm mileage
Verify options and identify any defects (e.g., engine sound, power steering, power windows, accident or repair history)
Conduct negotiations (typically 1-2 hours per case, about 3 cases per day)
Propose optimal solutions to customers considering a trade-in, based on their requests
Requirements
Valid ordinary driver's license
Nice to have:
Experience in sales or customer service (service industry)
Experience in mobile phone sales, electronics retail, department stores, apparel, hotels, food and beverage, SV, bridal, or gas stations

Schedule: Full weekly two-day system (shift system), 9:30-20:30 (8 hours actual work) with varying store hours and break times (60 or 90 minutes)
Holidays: 9-12 days per month, based on shift system; generally, the third Wednesday of every month is a company-wide holiday (excluding some stores)
Average monthly overtime: 17 hours (managed to be under 20 hours)
Annual holidays: 120 days + 5 or more days of paid leave, totaling over 125 days per year
Paid leave: 5 days (40 hours) can be used in 1-hour increments
