About the role
What You'll Do
- Perform brake inspections, brake repairs, and rotor replacements
- Install lift kits and suspension components
- Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance on cars and light trucks
- Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the appropriate repair
- Perform steering, suspension, and related repairs
- Complete services and installations safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment properly
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work as part of a team to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems
- Experience with brakes, rotors, suspension, and general repair work
- Experience installing lift kits or aftermarket suspension components is a plus
- Ability to diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs correctly
- Comfortable working on passenger vehicles and light trucks
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
