About This Role
Working as an Automotive Mechanic at a Tesla Service Center, you will be a key part of the service operations, helping to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and improving Tesla vehicles, ensuring an innovative service experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repair, and improvement on vehicles, working with specific Tesla software and advanced tools to carry out repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with and without supervision, based on skill level
- Ensure maximum quality by performing effective and decisive repairs on the first intervention, accurately inspecting vehicles to be delivered and returned to customers, and working to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with local and international teams, offering and ensuring support, and sharing best practices to continuously improve the service experience
- Take charge of your professional growth, with support from the internal training team to prepare you for success, providing training on Tesla technologies and electric vehicle repair
Requirements
- Professional experience in vehicle repair, maintenance, or technical assistance in the automotive, aeronautical, naval, industrial, mechanical, or similar fields
- Specific technical training and qualifications in Service, with a commitment to continuously developing your knowledge and skills independently
- Fluent in spoken and written Italian, and an intermediate level of English, with the ability to express opinions clearly and respectfully and good listening skills
- European driving license (Category B) and a commitment to maintaining an impeccable driving record
- Available to work shifts, Monday to Saturday, to support your team
- Available to travel for training or off-site interventions (Mobile Service or assistance to other Tesla sites) and to prepare cars for delivery, where necessary
- Legally authorized to work in Italy
