负责损失评估，确定事故损失，完成估损资料的系统录入、案件准确估损，并与相关方做好沟通。

负责客户沟通，指导被保险人办理索赔事宜及索赔资料完善，并协助客户处理事故善后工作。

负责大案管理，及时上报超权限案件和重大疑难案件，并进行赔付协调，完成疑点案件调查取证工作。

负责查勘车辆日常养护，负责查勘车辆的安全使用，做好日常维护保养。
