About the role
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
To be a Key Technical Focal Point for Amphenol automation customers in US area. And liaison with relevant internal divisions to secure business opportunities, so as to maximize sales growth and profit potential.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be a Key Focal Point (window) for Amphenol customers in the US area with key emphasis on those customers with Global Design Sites with Key Vendor-based Decision Makers.
- Lead and work with team to implement highly efficient and reliable AE/TE automation solutions.
- Analyze the architecture and implementation of a product from inside out, design the best strategy
- Effectively communicate to Design Team in China&Thailand
- Develop New Customer opportunities with Sales team for Amphenol within US to broaden the current Mobile Consumer Handset customer base to include Non-Mobile Markets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience is desired
- Rich knowledge of electronic or mechanical parts for automation equipmennt
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and tactful personality with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.
- University graduated, major in automation, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep understanding of automation architectures
- Working experience in relative target customers
