About the Role
Client's global network infrastructure relies on thousands of external partners — internet
service providers (ISPs), colocation facilities, hardware vendors, and managed service
providers. We're building a centralized platform to manage all of these relationships,
contacts, and service data in one place.

service renewals, and data lifecycle management
● Create self-service tools that allow operations teams to perform bulk data operations
without needing engineering support
● Build automated alerting for stale data, missing information, or expiring service
agreements
Develop Data Pipelines & Integrations
● Build ETL pipelines that synchronize partner data across multiple internal systems
● Automate the migration of legacy data from spreadsheets, wikis, and siloed
databases into the centralized platform
● Develop reconciliation scripts to detect discrepancies between systems and maintain
data consistency
Automate Operational Processes
● Build tools that auto-retrieve relevant partner contacts during network incidents,
reducing response time
● Create automated escalation and outreach workflows triggered by network events
● Develop runbook automation to standardize and speed up repetitive operational
tasks
Monitor & Report
● Build dashboards tracking data quality, freshness, and platform adoption
● Implement automated health checks and audit scripts to detect duplicates, orphaned
