Job Scope
- Conduct hearing assessments and audiological evaluations.
- Understand clients’ hearing needs and recommend suitable hearing solutions.
- Advise clients on hearing aid options and guide them through the selection process.
- Perform hearing aid fitting, programming, adjustment and fine-tuning.
- Provide counselling and after-sales support to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Handle hearing aid maintenance and troubleshooting when required.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients through professional and attentive service.
- Participate in hearing screening events, community outreach and marketing activities.
- Support smooth day-to-day store operations, including inventory and store organisation.
- Promote hearing aids and related products while working towards sales and service targets.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Audiology.
- Prior hearing care industry experience is an advantage.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome with training provided.
