Requirements dYZ? What are we looking for?
Technical & Operational Skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and supervise complex installations and technical operations;
- In-depth knowledge of video signal delivery chains, including IP, SDI, HDMI, and other relevant formats;
- Hands-on experience with studio infrastructure, including video/audio routing, broadcast automation systems, signal monitoring, and fault isolation;
- Solid understanding of structured cabling systems (LAN, SDI, Power), with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in installation, cable l-laying, and patching;
- Practical knowledge of sound, video, and lighting systems, particularly in live studio or broadcast environments;
- Strong networking skills, including switches, VLANs, and IP addressing;
- Good understanding of electrical systems used in production environments;
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Confidence in working with technical documentation, system schematics, and project drawings.
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both within the team and across departments such as Production, IT, and Content;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment and coordinate multiple tasks and priorities;
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous experience in broadcast studios, live event production, TV, or media environments;
- Familiarity with video-over-IP technologies, cloud streaming platforms, and modern encoding/decoding solutions;
- Ability to analyze and improve workflows and propose and implement new tools and technologies;
- Experience with ticketing and documentation systems such as Jira and Confluence;
- Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the improvement of internal documentation, processes, and technical standards.
Responsibilities dYZ? What will you own?
- Efficiently distribute tasks, ensure timelines are met, and maintain high operational and technical standards;
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation, upgrades, maintenance, and ongoing support of studio and broadcast systems;
- Ensure timely incident response and effective troubleshooting, with all relevant actions and resolutions properly documented in Jira or other designated systems;
- Take ownership of technical R&D by evaluating and testing emerging technologies that can improve production workflows, in collaboration with the Video Team;
- Maintain and regularly audit the studio asset inventory, ensuring all equipment is properly documented, up to date, and operational;
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Production, IT, and Content, to align technical requirements with project needs and production schedules;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, technical procedures, and documentation protocols;
- Regularly review and improve team processes, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
