🚨 Trusts & Estates Associate | Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) – Up to $200k
Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid )
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Trusts & Estates – Wills, trusts, estate tax reduction, and sophisticated wealth transfer planning for high-net-worth clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and advanced estate planning documents for high-net-worth clients.
- Handle trust administration, probate proceedings, and fiduciary accountings.
- Advise clients on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies and estate tax planning.
- Manage matters with increasing autonomy and lead aspects of client work.
- Collaborate with partners and help mentor junior team members as you grow.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
- 4–8+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
- Experience with high-net-worth planning and complex trusts is preferred.
