Key Duties:
- Handle real estate litigation matters from investigation through resolution
- Manage discovery, depositions, and strategic motion practice
- Take point on assigned files with meaningful independence
- Support and handle related commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and purchase/sale agreements
- Work directly with clients and senior counsel on case strategy
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- Strong real estate litigation or complex commercial litigation experience
- Solid drafting and client-facing skills
