🚨 Real Estate Associate | Boston, MA (Hybrid) – Up to $230k

Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Base Salary: Up to $230k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Affordable Housing & Community Development Transactions – Complex real estate finance, tax credit transactions, and community development deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex affordable housing and community development transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and tax credit deals.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including partnership agreements, loan documents, and regulatory agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, and government agencies.
  • Advise clients on structuring, compliance, and risk management for affordable housing projects.
  • Manage deal timelines and collaborate closely with partners on sophisticated, multi-party transactions.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

  • JD and active MA bar.
  • 3–7+ years of real estate transactional experience (affordable housing, tax credit, or community development experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and project management skills.
