Key Duties:
- Defend insureds in general liability, premises, auto, and related casualty cases
- Manage litigation from pleadings through discovery and motion practice
- Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trial
- Communicate with claims professionals on strategy and resolution
- Handle Pennsylvania state and federal court matters
Requirements:
- JD and active Pennsylvania bar
- 3–7+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Strong organizational and advocacy skills
