Key Duties:
- Defend general liability, premises, auto, and healthcare-related insurance defense matters
- Manage cases from investigation through discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
- Advise carriers and insureds on exposure, strategy, and resolution
- Handle Florida state and federal court litigation
Requirements:
- JD and active Florida bar
- 3–8+ years of insurance defense or strong civil litigation experience
- Solid writing, courtroom, and client communication skills
