Key Duties:
- Defend insurance and general liability matters in New York state and federal courts
- Handle discovery, depositions, and dispositive motion practice
- Prepare for and participate in mediations, conferences, and trial
- Work with carriers on claims strategy and high-exposure files
- Manage a varied docket of casualty, premises, and related defense matters
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- 4–8+ years of insurance defense or complex civil litigation experience
- Strong advocacy and writing skills
