Key Duties:
- Defend general liability, premises, and insurance defense matters in Massachusetts courts
- Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
- Advise carriers on claims handling and litigation strategy
- Build a well-rounded defense docket with real client contact
Requirements:
- JD and active Massachusetts bar
- 2–6+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Strong writing and courtroom potential
