🚨 Insurance Coverage Associate | Boston, MA (Hybrid) – Up to $200k
Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Base Salary: Up to $200k (plus performance incentives)
Practice: Insurance Coverage – Complex coverage opinions, declaratory judgment actions, bad faith litigation, and high-exposure claims for insurers and insureds.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex insurance policies and prepare detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
- Handle declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
- Manage coverage disputes from initial analysis through discovery, motion practice, and resolution.
- Advise clients on coverage strategy and claim handling issues.
- Collaborate with partners on high-exposure and sophisticated coverage matters.
Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):
- JD and active MA bar.
- 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
