Position Requirements We are looking for lateral partners who possess:

• A portable book of business.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of legal experience in one or more of the firm's practice areas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage high-level client responsibilities.
• Proven aptitude for client development and relationship building.
• A desire to work in a remote, technology-driven environment.

• Candidates should possess a portable book of business of approximately $350,000-$400,000 or greater.
• Portability should be supported by:

• Minimal institutional conflict risk
• Transferable matters
• Preferred candidates will have a clear plan for transitioning clients within the first 90 days.
