Key Duties:
- Enforce money judgments obtained in landlord-tenant, Civil Court, and Supreme Court actions
- Locate and restrain bank accounts, garnish wages, and conduct supplementary proceedings to locate assets
- Commence contempt proceedings against non-compliant debtors
- Handle post-judgment collection actions and related enforcement litigation
- Coordinate with the firm’s litigation teams on related landlord-tenant and real estate matters
Requirements:
- JD and active New York bar
- Experience in collections, judgment enforcement, or related civil litigation
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
