Civil Litigation Associate | Miami, FL – $250K

Key Duties:
- Handle complex commercial and insurance litigation matters from investigation through resolution
- Manage discovery, depositions, and strategic motion practice in state and federal court
- Work on class actions, commercial foreclosures, consumer-finance disputes, and related appellate matters
- Advise institutional clients on case strategy and risk management
- Prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial
Requirements:
- JD and active Florida bar
- 4–8+ years of strong civil or commercial litigation experience (insurance, financial services, or complex commercial preferred)
- Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
