Well respected law firm seeks attorney with strong work ethic to join our team.
Ideal candidate must have
A minimum of 2-years of commercial/civil litigation experience
Knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
Trial experience preferred
Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful and knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus.
Qualified applicants should also be reliable, accurate and detail oriented.
