Role Overview Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate SKU-level vendor and costing data across global sourcing operations. The role will consolidate pricing updates from vendors , maintain PLM and sourcing trackers, validate cost changes, and coordinate with sourcing teams in WSGO offices .
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and maintain SKU-level vendor costing.
- Manage vendor pricing revisions, negotiated discounts, and approved cost changes.
- Update and reconcile data across PLM, costing tools.
- Validate data for missing SKUs, duplicates, incorrect costs, and unusual price movements.
- Maintain strong version control, data accuracy, and audit trail.
- Prepare costing MIS, exception reports, and management updates.
- Improve and automate trackers and reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years in sourcing/procurement operations, costing, product data, MIS, or vendor management.
- Advanced Excel skills XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and data validation.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder coordination.
- Power Query / Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Preferrable PLM experience and understanding of SKU/product lifecycle.
- English skills both in written and oral.
