Salary Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 - $130,000 based on experience
Compensation Model
- Production-based compensation (approximately 20% production)

Schedule Full-Time
- 4 days per week (32+ hours)
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday rotation: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM (approximately every 4-5 weeks)
Other Details
- May work at one or both locations based on need
- Monthly schedules typically provided in advance
- No routine after-hours or on-call duties
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive small animal medical care
- Perform routine surgery and dentistry
- Manage a balanced mix of wellness and sick visits
- Maintain high-quality patient care and client communication
Caseload
- Approximately 12-18 patients per day
Requirements Education:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
Licensure
- Active Wisconsin veterinary license required prior to start
Experience
- New graduates welcome
- 1-5 years preferred, not required
