REQUIREMENT:

Total Experience - 7+ Years

Strong experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in IRM/GRC implementations.
-
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Entity Management.

Strong experience in ServiceNow platform customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.

Experience developing workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and App Engine.
-
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, MID Server, and third-party system integrations.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Scoped Applications, and Update Sets.
-
Experience in ServiceNow platform troubleshooting, production support, and performance optimization.
-
Good understanding of CMDB, reporting, dashboards, indicators, and data imports.

Experience in Agile development methodologies and participation in sprint ceremonies.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions aligned with business and customer requirements.

Configure and customize Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Entity Management modules.

Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, and platform customizations.
-
Configure questionnaires, indicators, risk statements, controls, issues, and remediation workflows.

Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party platforms.

Implement ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, and Scripted REST APIs.

Design scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions following platform best practices.

Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high development standards.

Support platform upgrades, release management, and ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize platform performance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
