JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Responsibilities
- Manage salesmen to achieve sales target in terms of volume and revenue in drugstore Open Trade Channel
- Build business and sustain relationship with key customer(s) and influence decision to drive for win-win results
- Maximize visibility and POP execution effectiveness
- Distributor Management, jointly work with distributor to drive business of key customers
- Co-develop sales strategies and tactics with distributor(s) to drive demand across channels
- Conduct regular review with distributor(s)
- Review capability of distributor(s), assess their business process and drive execution
- Monitor distributor KPI achievement and seek continuous improvement
- Perform forecasting activities to ensure supply
Requirements: Education and Experience
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- 7 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, key account and distributor management experience is a plus
- Proactive, self-driven with strong business acumen
- Mature and dynamic characters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good at numerical analysis
- Good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint
- Proficient in Chinese and English
