Associate Sales Director / Sales Director

About This Role

Directing sales and expanding the company's customer base across Asia is the core of this role, which involves planning and executing strategies to meet business targets. This position suits a results-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and experience in investment transactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategy to achieve business target
• Expand business and customer base in Asia such as China, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia etc.
• Monitor the accounts and trading positions and activities of the clients and attendance to the necessary follow-up
• Act upon clients' instructions to execute investment transactions
• Support business management in ensuring that the business operates in compliance with all internal and external policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Employer

Requirements

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
• SFC type 1, 2, 4 & 5 license holders; Passed HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 or licensed with SFC Type 1 is preferred
• At least 3 year related experience in customer services or sales role
• Customer oriented, proactive, result-oriented
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
