Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand various mammalian cell lines.
- Perform, troubleshoot, and optimize cell-based assays and protocols.
- Provide automation support and data analysis for high-throughput in vitro assays using liquid handlers.
- Work closely with scientists and engineers on the Protomer team to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of tissue culture and automation processes.
- Support the development and optimization of tissue culture and automation workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in tissue culture with mammalian cells preferred.
- Experience using automation platforms such as Tecan, Hamilton, or similar liquid-handling systems preferred.
- Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, R, or Python .
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
