About the role
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Development team. The APM will report to the Product Manager, Topps Trading Cards and support a portfolio of trading card brands across Sports and Entertainment with a specific focus on speed-to-market and new IP.
The APM performs executional activities across multiple properties that help ensure trading card products are of high-quality, delivered on-time and within budget. The role requires strict attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and the ability to be fast and flexible in reacting to feedback from managers, cross-functional teams and licensors. Responsibilities

Assist Product Manager in managing a portfolio of trading card products across sports and entertainment IP with an emphasis on speed to market and new IP.

Assist Product Manager in developing the yearly product release calendar, creating product descriptions, and ensure deadlines are met.

Manage subject lists and budgets to maximize quality of product content.

Assist in editorial responsibilities including copywriting and photography selection.

Partner with creative department to assist in the review and approval of designs for each brand.

Oversee and liaise with licensors to implement a smooth approvals process for the projects that you are working on

Work across departments to ensure timeliness and quality of product deliverables to ensure best in market product is released.

Work with Product Manager to create go-to-market strategy for key releases
The Ideal Candidate

2-3 years of experience in product development or related field.

Enthusiasm and genuine excitement for big moments in sports, pop culture, trading cards, and collectibles.

Expert-level knowledge of the Collectibles hobby and broad fandom of sports and entertainment IP.

Strong foundation in copywriting, editorial, and QC.

Excellent analytical skills and strong written & verbal communication skills

Strong organizational & project management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and remain flexible in high pressure situations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
