Associate, Product Management (Wallet) - ShopeePay

Job Description

• Analyze stakeholders feedback to understand pain points and suggest improvements for the features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective communication and alignment to ensure successful and transparent product delivery.
• Conduct user research to identify enhancements that optimize the features
• Work closely with senior product managers to help define and execute product features that enhance user experience and meet business goals.
• Documentation Skill: Prepare product documentation (FRF,deck,...) for requirements/feature flow…
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement features and monitor their performance.
• Conduct the UAT to ensure features are met expected outcomes
• Drive the full product development lifecycle (end-to-end) for specific features, from initial concept to final rollout.

Requirements Must have

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explore ideas clearly and effectively.
• Problem Solving: Good analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and generate practical solutions
• Good UI/UX skills to understand user behavior
• Strong project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Decent technical understanding e.g. data flow, system integration
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
• Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development or Financial Services Ops
• Have problem-solving mindset, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Past experience working in banking or digital payment sector is a plus
