Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of activities, monitoring performance indicators and proposing corrective actions
• Manage expectations and ensure timely and quality delivery
• Actively support the technical and professional development of junior team members
• Conduct structured Strategic Sourcing processes, supporting market analysis, strategy definition, and supplier negotiations
• Support contract management and supplier relationship management (SRM), ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and mitigating basic risks
• Perform preliminary market intelligence analyses to identify opportunities in strategic purchasing categories
• Monitor risks and compliance in contracts and purchasing processes, ensuring alignment with defined guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of managerial accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel
• Persuasive, assertive, and clear oral and written communication
• Focus on results, professional ethics, and respect for organizational values of integrity and diversity
• Intermediate knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, negotiation, and strategic supplier management (SRM)
• Understanding of market intelligence tools for procurement
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; financial and accounting knowledge applied to cost and contract management
