Associate (Presentation Specialist)

Role & responsibilities

• Pitchbook: Design, format, and refine high-end corporate presentation materials, including pitchbooks, proposals, teasers, and management presentations.
• Data visualization: Translate intricate financial models and data sets from Excel into clear, engaging charts, graphs, Data visualizations and infographics to simplify complex information.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Liaise directly with bankers and global deal teams to clarify requirements, provide creative direction, and meet tight, often fluctuating deadlines.
• Quality Control: Perform meticulous proofreading and quality assurance on own work to ensure 100% accuracy in data and formatting.
• Advanced Formatting: Execute complex document tasks such as PDF-to-PPT conversions, custom animations, and cross-platform template building (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual communication, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience within a Global Investment Bank or financial services firm.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Software Expertise:

• Advanced PowerPoint: Mastery of master slides, templates, and complex animations.
• MS Office: Strong Excel skills for data linking and Word skills for professional documentation.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for custom graphics and photo editing.
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of investment banking terminology (e.g., M&A, IPO, Pitchbooks).
• Professionalism: Proven ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities (24/7)
• Attention to detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy, particularly regarding financial figures and brand alignment
