Responsibilities
- Support Global Player Support teams through documentation, escalation management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-team alignment.
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts, external partners, and internal stakeholders to create, maintain, and distribute support documentation and resources.
- Represent Player Support operations and advocate for player needs during incidents, service disruptions, and product issues.
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise to effectively consult with stakeholders and support operational planning.
- Support Producers and Product Managers with the launch and ongoing maintenance of products and services across Studio teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Player Support, Customer Support, or a related field strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, customer service leadership, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
