Job Description – Management Trainee (Artificial Intelligence) Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee – AI to support the development, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven solutions across business functions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in AI and Machine Learning project planning and execution.
- Analyze business processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to support AI initiatives.
- Support development and testing of AI models and applications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on AI project outcomes.
- Monitor AI model performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical AI practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
