About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, Therapy Process Strategy & Integration to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead operational strategy and process design across the treatment journey, with a focus on improving how internal partners and external care settings work together. You will own key workflows, strengthen governance, and help translate business needs into practical operating models that support efficiency and consistency. The position also partners closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to improve digital solutions, remove bottlenecks, and enhance the overall treatment site experience.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $156,900 – $247,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve operational processes for the treatment journey
  • Act as the business owner for operational workflows, translating needs into designs
  • Drive integration among various operational partners to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Establish governance structures for operational oversight and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize treatment site experiences and digital solutions
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resolve bottlenecks
  • Work with IT to ensure that technology meets operational needs and future strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries specific to commercial operations or treatment site operations
  • Proven success in designing and optimizing complex operating models
  • Experience with governance frameworks and operational controls in organizations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
