Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Product Management to lead product strategy, roadmap development, requirements, prioritization, and delivery of complex products and platforms. This role will partner closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Lead product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering, technology, operations, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Analyze data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Manage product launches, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while managing competing priorities.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading complex products or initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Strong requirements gathering, prioritization, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technology and business teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and product development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, investment management, fintech, or other data-driven environments.
- Experience with data integrations, migrations, or complex enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with securities, portfolios, transactions, market data, or investment reporting.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, UAT, and data validation.
- Exposure to IBOR/ABOR, portfolio accounting, or security master data.
